World Questions: Europe After Paris

Please note the upcoming “World Questions” special program.

“World Questions: Europe After Paris”

World Questions is a series of special events that gives people across Europe the chance to pose questions to influential leaders and key players about issues impacting Europe and the EU at a critical time.

The first debate this week follows the events in Paris where militants killed scores of people. It has created a new crisis for Europe on top of the mass movement of migrants and economic pressures.

This program, presented by the BBC’s Jonathan Dembleby, comes from the Royal Library of Belgium in Brussels and includes the following guests:

  • Frans Timmermans, the First Vice President of European Commission
  • Roberta Metsola MEP, Member of the Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs Committee and rapporteur for Asylum and Migration
