REMINDER: Marketplace Live Debate Feed, Analysis

Marketplace will offer a live interactive feed of the first presidential debate next Monday, September 26. It’s a great way to drive traffic to your website during the debate.

The Marketplace live debate module will include:

  • Live analysis: Kai Ryssdal and the Marketplace editorial team will provide economic context and analysis online throughout the evening; they’ll offer live, online reaction and conversation on the debate itself.
  • Live interaction: Your audience can join the digital conversation and engage directly with Marketplace hosts, editors and reporters during the debate. This will be a moderated, online conversation.
  • Video feed: via PBS’s live television coverage; there will not be Marketplace audio or video.

Easy to embed and mobile friendly
Embed the module on your website to give your digital audience access to Marketplace’s unique business coverage of the debate – whether they’re viewing on mobile, tablet or desktop. Use your own site branding and content surrounding the module to deepen your audience’s web engagement. Embed code:

<iframe src=”http://features.marketplace.org/debateembed” scrollable=”no” frameborder=”0″ width=”100%” height=”600″></iframe>

For stations that don’t have after-hours web support, we suggest embedding the module on your site earlier in the day. The module will automatically be populated with the live content starting at 9 p.m. ET.

Can’t embed?
If you can’t embed the module on your site, the Marketplace homepage will feature all live debate coverage.
