  • Kai talks to Jonathan Waldman about his new book, Sam: One Robot, a Dozen Engineers, and the Race to Revolutionize the Way We Build.
  • Kai talks to Sarah Barnett, President of AMC Entertainment Networks, about running a l television network in the era of streaming.
  • Cities are building more apartments, and there’s new data from research firm Yardi Matrix showing that those buildings are getting taller. In the 1990s, nearly all new apartment buildings topped out at four stories. Today though, as Marketplace’s Amy Scott reports, low-rise buildings make up less than half of new construction, and mid- and high-rise construction has overtaken the traditional garden-style apartment.
