BBC’s Newshour on Thursday, July 17 at 1500 ET and 1600 ET will be a single-issue program bringing the latest on the crash of the Malaysia Airlines passenger plane in eastern Ukraine.

The top and bottom of the hour newscasts will remain during both hours. The cutaways between 19:00-20:00 and 49:00-51:00 will be removed from both the 1500 and 1600 ET hours.

Stations in automation will need to change their automation.
