‘Splendid’ Host Wins IACP Awards

The Splendid Table‘s new host, Francis Lam, took home two International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) awards last night. The awards honor excellence in food journalism, from cookbooks to digital photography, by global culinary leaders. Lam won for the cookbook he edited, Victuals: An Appalachian Journey, with Recipes ,by Ronni Lundy. He also won a writing award for his food-focused column in The New York Times Magazine, “From Grandmother’s House to Hers; Shamelessly French; Korean Comfort Food; Casa Calamari”.
