Marketplace
Week of November 18
Marketplace (PM)
- Kai talks with Jim Hackett, the CEO of Ford.
- Last month, we reported that a retail and consumer brand trade group — the American Apparel and Footwear Association — asked the federal government to put Amazon on its list of “notorious markets” for counterfeit goods. Now, Nike has decided to stop selling its products on the site, reportedly, in part because the company felt Amazon isn’t doing enough to police fakes. Marketplace’s Marielle Segarra reports on a few suspect items that she ordered from the platform.
The Daily
- Beginning on Friday, November 22 and continuing on select Fridays in December, The Daily will feature in-depth candidate profiles of the top polling candidates in the race for the Democratic Party’s Presidential nomination. There will be 4-5 profiles – please look for additional messaging and rundowns for more details.
