Growing up, public radio was the centerpiece for our family. It was always on – from news to music – and provided the ideas and enrichment that shaped my childhood in the rural Midwest.

Building from a 20-year career in philanthropy, my passion for innovation and building strong relationships, strategies and systems, is what brings me to lead distribution for American Public Media. Working in public media and serving audiences is such a privilege. I am deeply committed to our work and to enhancing and growing our services to help you serve more people in new ways, ensuring relevance for generations to come.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy being with family, and with an energetic eight year old son whose curiosity is boundless, we enjoy being active, building Lego creations, and traveling together.
