If President Clinton has not spoken/finished speaking by 5:00pm ET, then Newshour will continue broadcasting until 5:30pm ET, including through breaks. At 5:30pm BBC will repeat the special broadcast of Heart & Soul on Muhammad Ali at 5:30pm. Regular programming will resume at 6:00pm ET.

If Clinton has finished speaking by 5:00pm ET, then BBC World Service will go to regular programming at 5:00pm ET.
