BBC Presents “World Have Your Say: UK Election” This Saturday

The fifth and final special episode of “World Have Your Say: UK Election,” will be live from Wales this Saturday, June 3 at  07:06 ET.

Program Description: “World Have Your Say: UK Election.”
We bring you a series of five special editions of World Have Your Say heading around the United Kingdom in the run up to the UK general election. We will visit the North and South of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales to discuss the election’s issues with people from across the social spectrum in each location.

For the final episode, we are in Merthyr Tydfil, near Cardiff in South Wales, to find out how an ever changing community is coping with the implications of Brexit and a polarising UK election. Merthyr is a town built on industry: coal, iron and steel – but manufacturing has largely disappeared and unemployment is high. We speak to a range of people from the local community about their town and it’s future in uncertain political times.
