Special BBC Coverage of EU referendum June 23-24

On Thursday, June 23, Britain will decide whether to leave or remain in the European Union. BBC World Service will bring you the result, reaction and analysis.

From Thursday, June 23, at 5:00pm ET through Friday, June 24 at 1:00pm ET, BBC World Service will follow a special schedule to cover the UK’s EU referendum. During this time, programming will be primarily coverage of the referendum, and the amount of other news coverage may vary depending on the outcome of the vote.

Clock Details:

From 05:00pm – 09:29pm on Thursday, June 23, BBC World Service will follow the regular program clock.

From 09:29pm on June 23 to 04:32:30am on June 24, the regular BBC World Service clock may not be observed at the bottom of the hour (from xx:29:00 to xx:32:30).
From 04:32:30 – 1:00pm on June 24, the regular BBC World Service clock will be followed, and the 9:00am edition of Newshour will follow the Newshour clock.
