The BBC World Service will air an extra edition of Newshour at 1700EDT continuing the coverage of the Boston bombing investigation. The BBC Newshour clock will be observed.

The remaining BBC World Service schedule remains intact. Stations can expect full coverage in the afternoon’s and evening’s programs – Newshour, World Have Your Say, Newsroom, and Newsday – to include analysis and reaction. Other top stories from around the globe will be covered as warranted. Stations will be notified via Content Depot message if there is a change to the programming schedule.
