BBC and American Public Media collaborated to create a new clock for Newshour, BBC’s flagship program. This new clock gives you greater flexibility to add local news, weather and traffic, as well as new opportunities to monetize the breaks with underwriting and fundraising.

If, however, you don’t want to fill the new available slots, the BBC will cover the new minutes with quality coverage. The choice is yours! You can keep airing Newshour as it is now, or choose to maximize the flexibility of this new clock.

This change goes live July 1, 2013.
