World Have Your Say: Obama and Africa
Live from Nairobi, July 24, 1000 ET
Presented by Ben James

President Obama’s visit to his father’s homeland has sparked Obama-mania in Kenya, but has America’s first African-American president been good for Africa? How does his record compare with that of his predecessors, and how do Kenyans regard America’s presence on the continent compared with that of China and others?

For the final day of WHYS’s week of broadcasts from Kenya, we’ll hear this conversation with Ben and guests from a café in Nairobi’s newly-opened Westgate shopping mall.
