BBC EXTRA: Air the BBC’s full half-hour interview with President Obama

The BBC’s Jon Sopel has been to the White House to meet President Barack Obama for an exclusive interview.

In this wide-ranging discussion ahead of his trip to Africa, President Obama talks about the impact he still hopes the US can have on the continent before he leaves office.

President Obama also talks about concerns about Britain leaving the EU, and frustrations over US gun laws.

This audio is available for air NOW, until July 30th, and designed to fit in the front half of an hour, although the interview itself runs 23:00.
