BBC Strike Averted

There will be no change to the BBC World Service schedule on July 23rd.

The planned strike by National Union of Journalists and Broadcasting Entertainment Cinematograph and Technicians Union has been averted. The BBC and the unions will continue talks and the BBC World Service will continue with its regularly scheduled programming. American Public Media will keep you posted on any major developments.
